Celery for Fresh and Processed Markets

Celery has its origins in the Atlantic and Mediterranean regions and has been cultivated for centuries. Today, it is valued both as a fresh vegetable and as a raw material for processed products such as celery powder.

Rijk Zwaan offers celery varieties for Asian growers that perform well in both protected and open-field cultivation. With early maturity and high yield potential, these varieties are particularly suited to hydroponic production systems and a range of processing applications, including juice extraction and celery powder production.
